FOLSOM. NEW MENICO, ' DELLTiED BY FLOOD Tit I M DAD, Colo., June II. Reports received here from FVIsoni. N". M., tell of a cloudburst and hailstorm that swept that region this morning. The deluge was followed by a flood. All the business houses have been cloned and the population has fled to the hills for safety. Tonight the flood is sweeping down tho arroya whero last August six were drowned iu a similar deluge. Irom Folsom to Oimninron fhe lowlands low-lands have been transformed into an inland sea.
