Show District Court Notes Special to Tho Tribune. PHOVO. Nov. U. Alma Tlilesman was arraigned in the district court today to-day on. an information charging desertion deser-tion and' failure to provido for his wifo and four children at Lehi. Defendant was given until Monday to plead to the information, and A. B. Morgan was appointed by the court to defend. The Baldwin company of Chicago has filed suit in the district court against W. W. Clark to recover tho possession of a piano and $50, alleged to be due as damages for the wrongful detention of the said piano, and in case the deliver' de-liver' of the instrument cannot bo made, the plaintiff asks for $J00. The Baldwin company has also filed suit - against William Thurston lo recover re-cover tho possession of a piano or. its value, $100, and S50 damages. I has filed articles of incorporation with the county clerk. The firm will carry on a canning business, with a capital stock of $2,000. which is divided into shares of I cunt each. The officers are: U. C. Miller, president; L. H. Brown, vice-president; J. L. Brown, secretary; if. P. Miller, treasurer, and these with F. Vj: Vickery comprise the board of directors. |
