This later declaration dec-laration is taken lo mean that he intends in-tends to forcu his alleged partners in guilt into the open. , Shortage Is Larger. The $54,000 named in the warrant for Warrincr's arrest represents tho present pres-ent amount owing lo the railroad company com-pany and not the entiro amount of tho shortage, which is stated to bo about $100,000. Tho balance, according lo the statement, state-ment, of General Counsel Hackney, has been covered by property that Warri-ner Warri-ner has turned over to the company. Mr. Hackney also stated: "Mr. Warriner has with considerable frankness admitted tho irregularities in his accounts.
