Show GREAT NEWHOUSE HOTEL STRUCTURE AS IT WILL LOOK WHEN COMPLETED Final plans fr the great Newhouse hotel, which arrived early in the week, show a beautiful twelve-story building, the architectural features of which are of especial dignity, in keeping with the location which it is to occupy and vicing vic-ing in beauty with the two skyscrapers, erected by Mr. iN'ewhouse, the iNcwhouse and Boston buldings. The building will be constructed entirely en-tirely of fireproof materials with steel frame, conerelo foundation, floors and interior partitions and with stone walls. The main portion of the building will be constructed in three wings anil contain con-tain .'SOU rooms. Provision will be made for the erection of another whig on the back of the building ;l( some future time. This will be two stories high aud will be so planned that it will not alfeet any of the other rooms in the first three wing? The upper portion of the building will be constructed of semi-glazed while terra cot la fringed with stone. The base of the building will be of Utah granite and will be plain, except at the corners and about, the windows and doors. At Ihese points will be stone carvings. The interior trimmings will be of bron.e and marble worked in together. The lobby on the lower floor will be finished in gla.cd tile and marble and will be unusually spacious. At the south end of this room will bo the stairway of marble and extending to a point half wa- between the first ami second floors, when it will 'divide and two branches will run to the second floor, which will overlook the lower nor-lion nor-lion of the lobby. The desks ami their stationary fixtures fix-tures on tho lower floor will be of marble and granite. lOjifranccs to the building will bo provided on Ihc north, east and south sides. The stone about :heso will be elaborately carved, and there will be handsome coverings over the sidewalks, with heavy copper rustic rus-tic arches. A feature of the building' will be the roof garden, which will be euelusod in glass and will provide a wonderful view of the cily. The rooms will be unusually lurgo and airy.
