Show GIBSON'S DAMAGE SUIT SUBMITTED TO JURY James Gibson 's damage suit for personal per-sonal injuries against George G. Doylo & Co., plumbers, went to tho jury in Judge Lewis's division of the Third district dis-trict court Tuesday, and a sealed verdict ver-dict was returned after two hours' deliberation, de-liberation, which will bo opened this morning. Gibson wants $25,000 damages for injuries in-juries alleged to have been sustained ' by his being struck upon the head by a nino-pound Stillson wrench, which fell from a stepladdcr, where it was negligently negli-gently placed by tho defendant, it is set out.
