The Pelzer Stock company Is producing pro-ducing that most sensational of all melodramas, melo-dramas, "The Cowboy Ranger," written and staged by George W. Scott, who heads the company. Mr. Scott appears In a number of specialties with La Potlto Ruth, a very charming young member of his company. The play Is sensationally. staged, and there will he a matinee production pro-duction this afternoon. The camcraphone at tho New Lyric this week Is attracting large crowds with the rendition of Patrick Henry's speech, "Give me liberty or glvo me death." It Is entirely novel, and the feature Is very magnetic.
