Durant havo returned from a visit with their son In Elgin, 111. Stato Superintendent of Schools Xelson was In town recently looking after the now school that will bo established In Elgin, on account of tho old school being be-ing moved Into tho old building three miles north of Elgin. Miss Maudlc Woods left last Saturday for the Collegiate Institute In Salt Lake City to complete her studies. W. Edwin Trlbblo has returned from an extensive tour. He took in tho Denver Den-ver convention nnd It will be remembered that It was ho who carried the Bryan banner to tho stngo that started the fa- . mous cheering record Mr. Trlbblo spent some of his tlmo in Tennessee, Washington Washing-ton and Virginia, but found no placo that was any better than Green River. Mr. and Mrs. W. E. Loughrey and children chil-dren are taking a vacation trip to their old home In Iowa. Mr. and Mrs. W. IT. Fierce and family left Saturday for Iowa, where they expect ex-pect to make their home In the future.
