Feb S.-The struggle, strug-gle, of Arizona and 2s ew Mexico -for separate sep-arate Htatehood was rowarded today insofar in-sofar as the house of representatives is concerned, when that body, under suspension sus-pension of tho rules, ' unanimously passed tho bill granting separate statehood state-hood to the two territories. Mr. Hamilton of Michigan, havinfr the measure in chargo, spoke briefly in support of it. He said it was not a party question. Both sides, he declared, de-clared, were now rallying to fulfill party pl edges, ; Mr. Smith, Arizona's delegate, asked for tho passage of the bill.
