Brown's airship, "City of Portland," today to-day made a wonderful flight of twolvo or fifteen miles, bolng completely under the control of Lincoln Becchey, tho navigator, navi-gator, for tho whole distance. Rising to a height of about olght hundred hun-dred fuot, the ship flrst went to tho Government Gov-ernment building, circled tho towers and then nailed between them, paid a visit to North Alblna, then wont to East Portland Port-land and St. Johns, and finally headed directly di-rectly for the troll. Its starting point. Weather Conditions Perfect. Tho wind was blowing about three miles an hour, and there were no adverse currents cur-rents In the upper air.
