Wllshoff, a dentist and chemist, who Is claimed by tho pollco to have a matrimonial record in ovory largo American city. Four women have been found who allege they were wedded by him and abandoned after having parted part-ed with all tho money they possessed. Wllshoff has not been In New York for several montlm but tho attorneys who aro at tho head ot tho prosecution claim to have a clue to his whereabouts. According to the police, complaints have been received from Chicago, St. Louis, Philadelphia, Kansas City, Buffalo and Cleveland against si man answering the description given.
