What transpired was kept a closo secret, but It Is known that several Equitable directors di-rectors who have actively espoused tho cause of Mr. Hyde are disturbed by tho prospect of the Crlmmnns committee of policy-holders appealing to tho t'nltod States courts to compel Immediate mu-tuallzatlon mu-tuallzatlon of the Equitable.
