The recond meeting of tho Young Men's Republican club of Provo was held last ovonlng and was well attended. Tho constitution nnd by laws, prepared by tho committee, woro adopted, The objects of tho organization set forth aro the advancement of the Interests ot the Republican party and tho education of its members in the principals of .political .politi-cal economy and political science. Meltings aro to bo held on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month. The club shall not support or oppose tho candidacy of any Individual for office, or any membor of the club who shall solicit, either directly or Indirectly, the aid of the. club In behalf o himself or any other ferson to obtain a nomination to any po-Itlcal po-Itlcal office shall be dismissed froni membership. The membership fee la placed at GO cents. Roberts' "Rulcn of Or-dor" Or-dor" wcro adopted as the official guide In parliamentary procedure. About a dozen new members were enrolled. A GRAND LARCENY CASE, Sheriff Harmon today brought down from Colton Joo Sims and Honry Novlllc. Tho former Is charged with grand larceny lar-ceny and the other Is hold as a witness.
