Tho District court will convene in this city March Sth. The docket will bo imuouaJly large and tho number of criminal cases is groater than for several years. Six prisoners are now in the county Jail awaiting trlat. Two are chargod with rob-bedy rob-bedy and four with grand larceny. Robert Nyfoam, who was arrested during dur-ing tho winter, charged with being an accomplice ac-complice of Tim Drlsooll In tho stealing and changing tho brands on sheop belonging belong-ing to Jasper Griffith and who turned Statos evidence and was admitted to ball in tho sum of $& to appear at the March term of tho Dlstrlot court, ha3 been rearrested rear-rested and placed In Jail. Ho waa arranging arrang-ing his affairs so that ho could lcavo tho oountrv when his bondsmen discovered it and delivered him up to tho Sheriff.
