The building of threo new lines of railroad, the erection of new dopots and addltlonsto shops by the old lines, the building of a new million-dollar smelter at Murray, the new public library, Y. M. C. A., Federal and other largo buildings In courso of construction con-struction or contemplated, and the Improvements Im-provements at Fort Douglas all those things must ddd greatly to the population of Salt Lake City from this time on, and that necessarily means a greatly Increased In-creased demand for real estate. Tho new telephone system Is another Interest which Is Investing a large amount of money In the city to the betterment of real estate, and there are scores of small er factors which are continually adding .
