| Show I WERNERMCUNE WEDDING I Pretty Home Ceremony at t the Brides Home Last Evening of Two I WcIlKnownYoung People > 1 I 1W W f I cLTh > V I 4 JZ j Z y I ir r li l i lI I I lkfr 1 b91 L Ec4teMCuT I L I Jil > e I A very pretty wedding took place last evening at the home of Sirs August Au-gust Werner of 211 East Seventh South street The bride was her daughter Miss Theresa Valleau Werner and the groom Eddie H McCunc formerly of Nephl and now manager of the Fay Mercantile company at Fay Ncv Tho ceremony was performed by Judge R N Baskln at 7 p m The bridesmaid was Miss Gwendolyn McCunc of Nephl and the best man A W McCune Jr of this city Tho decorations were by Huddart and very beautiful pink and green being the color scheme From the chandelier to the south window of the parlor were stretched long streamers stream-ers of broad Dink satin ribbon which fell in graceful ends among the lace curtains The curtains were studded with pink rosebuds and carnations while arranged In a semicircle extending extend-ing toward the east and west was a row of palms and pink flowering plants The several small tables In the diningroom were decorated with pink flowers and smilax and smIlax was twined about the chandeliers and mantel man-tel and along the rail of the hall stairway stair-way The bride who Is an unusually pretty girl wore an exquisite cown of cream crepe silk with cream taffeta lining It was made en traine and the trimmings were of Vlllard lace She carried bride roses The bridesmaid Miss Gwen dolyn McCune wore a gown of white Swiss over taffeta Following the ceremony a reception and wedding supper was enjoyed by a limited number of relatives and friends Mr and Mrs EJ McCuneMr and Mrs Mont Whltmore being present from Nephi and Mrs P F Roosa coming up from Mercur It was a very pleasant gathering and congratulations were showered upon the young people who will leave on Wednesday for Fay to make their future home Many handsome hand-some wedding presents were given the bride and groom by their friends |
