Show Proclamation to the Public. do hereby issue this, my Proclamation, Proclama-tion, to the traveling public : Parties visiting Salt Lake City and Koing east on the U.P.R.R., will find it to their advantage to leave Salt Lake City on the evening train aud remain over at Ogdeu that night, thereby having hav-ing a good nieht's rest, aud so be fresh for travel at 8 o'clock a.m., when the da ly express train leaves this depot. de-pot.
