The Atlantic At-lantic & Paoific Telegraph line seui through a portion of it and then failed; the Western Union passed it all over the wires except the fragment of a paragraph, which we take from the San Francisco Chronicle, and publish this morning on the firbt page. The Herald was the only paper from Colorado Col-orado to .Nevada that received the message by telegraph and paid for it. |
