Show Returned. On stepping into the Co-operative dry goods stoic we were greeted with the well-known smile of our old friend, David Candland, Esq., ho has just returned from a w eek's recreation in Sanpete county, looking all the better for his trip. He speaks well of the good people of Sanpete, whom he reports as feeling first-rate, notwithstanding the loss of their crops hy grasshoppers. The ladies will be pleased to learn of friend David's return re-turn with recuperated energies, ready for the Fall trade. lie is now determined deter-mined to sell them dresses and notions, whether they want to buy or not. We always knew that David was a "lady's man." |
