Show INQUEST YESTERDAY I Held Over the Remains of the Late Thomas HJaneJc Coroner Offenbach yesterday morning morn-ing held an inquest over the body of Thomas Mauck who was run over and killed by a Rapid Transit car Saturday Satur-day evening Nothing further than the facts already known was developed The witnesses examined were Emma Haney Elizabeth Warner Frank Clifton Clif-ton and E J Laing all of whom with the exception of the latter who was the motormanwere passengers on the car The coroners jury was composed of August Stein J R Nichols and Herman Her-man Bamberger Without delay they rendered the following verdict The deceased came to his death on the 18th day of April A D 1896 by accidentally falling In ront of a moving trailer en Seventh South and State streets on the line of the Salt Lake Rapid Transit Railway company com-pany thereby attaching no blame to the said railway employees The funeral will take place from Evans undertaking parlors on State street at 2 oclock this afternoon The services will be conducted by the Wa satch lodge of Masons of which the deceased was an honored member |
