J HEAVY MINING CASE The Silver King Against the Alliance S liance Mining Company INJUNCTION AND DAMAGES THOJEAS CUPIT FINALLY RECOVERS JUDGMENT S His Attachment on the Dunk Building Build-ing and Other Property in Valid Parties Indicted For the Murder of Eveline Bonnett Plead Not Gniltj Will of the Late T 1C Williams Filed For Probate Estate Es-tate Valued at SUOOOO Oilier I Court Business I Judge Young was occupied yesterday yester-day with the hearing of the injunction and damage suit of the Silver King Mining company against the Alliance I Mining company The present hearing is upon an order for the defendants to show cause why an injunction should not be granted pending the final hearing to prevent them making any excavations upon certain mining claims belonging to the plaintiffs The plaintiffs also ask that on the final hearing they be adjudged the owners of the said claims and awarded 10000 damages The defendants in their answer deny the alleged tresnass and aver that they are the owners of the vein ofS ore in dispute for the reason that the apex of the vein is within the Alliance ance ground Messrs Dickson Ellis Ellis Brown Henderson King and Williams Van Cott Sutherland represent the plaintiffs plain-tiffs while the defendants have Messrs W C Hall Bennett Harkness Bennet Harkne Howat Bradley The case is a most im j portant one a may be seen by the i numbers and class of counsel employed The evidence was all in and the arguments ar-guments partly made when court adjourned ad-journed until this morning when the arguments will be concluded
