Show TO THE REFORM SCHOOL Lehi Thomas and Harry D Simmons i Committed Lehi Thomas and Harry D Simmons Sim-mons boys of 12 years of age who were sent UP from the police court to the district court with a view of their being committed to the reform school had a hearing before Judge terry yesterday yes-terday afternoon which resulted in their being sent to the reform school until they shall have attained the age of 21 unless their conduct In the meantime mean-time Improves sufficiently to warrant their being discharged sooner The charge against Thomas was persistent truancy and general Incorrlglblllty and the evidence went to show that he was I t 1 a pretty bad boy and could be controlled con-trolled neither by his parents nor the teachers Simmons was charged with petit larceny lar-ceny for stealing a number of sacks from Barnes Hardy Co He too was shown to be a bad boy and his honor thought the best thing for both of the lads was to send them to the I reform school and so ordered |
