S Another Building for First South Tho demolition of the buildings lately occupied oc-cupied by Fred J May and J W Jones a few doors east of Commercial street commenced com-menced yesterday and excavating will soon begin for a threestory brick and stone front structure which will be known as the Star block I will have a frontage of 40 feet on First South and extend back a distance of 80 feet The lower floor will be used aa stores and tho upper part for offices The plans show a neat and imposing I impos-ing front and the building promises to boa bo-a credit to the street
