Leslie Derbyshire, party chairman. MR. DERBYSHIRE said Mr. Beesley was selected to conduct the College because of his outstanding record as a Voting District Chairman and because of his legal knowledge and administrative administra-tive experience. The College will be developed in a variety of ways.
