Preparations for Woods Cross High School's first musical production have been underway for the last month. "YOU'RE A Good Man Charlie Brown" will be "presented on May 7 and 8 at 8 p.m. in the school gymnasium. gym-nasium. , Starring in the production are Joe Wadsworth as Charlie Brown; Bryce Thacker as Snoopy, Brenda Whitecar as Lucy, Melanie Baird as Patt; Paul Godfrey as Schroeder and John Urry as Linus. ' THE production is directed by Maribette Powers with music directed by Evan Bean. Pianists are Laudy Welch and Jennifer Pitt. "You're A Good Man Charlie Brown" is written by Charles Schultz and is based on his cartoon "Peanuts." The play is a series of events depicting a typical day in the life of Charlie Brown. Fresh, child-like insights are interjected inter-jected between lively songs. IT IS a production that children and adults will enjoy. en-joy. Tickets can be obtained before the production at the school or at the door. Prices are students $1, adults $2, and a family ticket is $7.50. Seating will be limited limit-ed to 500 per night. |
