Show NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Sealed proposals will be received at the office of the Bountiful City Engineer; 745 South Main Street; Bountiful, Utah for excavation, backfill, compaction and installation of a culinary water system at: NORTH CANYON ESTATES and NORTH POINT COVE Subdivisions 3100 South 400 East Bountiful, Utah Proposals will be in accordance accor-dance with drawings and specifications prepared by the City Engineering Department. Depart-ment. Said drawings and specifications may be obtained ob-tained from this Department; 745 South Main Street; Bountiful, Boun-tiful, Utah Monday thru Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. upon receipt of Twenty and no100 Dollars ($20.00) per set, check made payable to City of Bountiful. This deposit will be refunded upon return of such drawings and specifications in good condition condi-tion within ten (10) days after the date set for the bid opening. open-ing. Bids will be received until the hour of 2:30 P.M. on WEDNESDAY APRIL 28, 1976 at which time they will be opened and read aloud in the office of the City Engineer; 745 South Main Street; Bountiful, Boun-tiful, Utah. Each bid must be submitted on the form provided as a part of the Contract Documents and shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid form from a surety company acceptable to Bountiful City Council and made payable to Bountiful, a Municipal Corporation, in an amount equal to at least five percent (5) of the total bid. Said check or bid bond shall be given as a guarantee that the bidder will execute the contract con-tract in conformity with the form of contract included in the Contract Documents, and furnish a performance bond within five (5) days after notification no-tification of the award of the contract to the successful bidder. Bountiful reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or any part of any bid, or to waive any information in any bid as its best interests may appear. A decision on the rejection of any or all bids, or the award of a contract, will be made within fifteen (15) days after the bids are opened. Work must be completed within forty-five (45) days.
