Show Naples Jo Openshaw Phone 789-3157 Dan Olsen family entertains son on 7th birthday Mrs. Dan Olsen entertained at a family dinner' in honor of her son, David's, seventh birthday. Present were the Kedric Caldwells, the Charles Olsens, the Wade Olsens and the Dan Olsen family. Friday night seven boys enjoyed a pizza supper and slumber party and breakfast Saturday with David. . Bishop and Mrs. Lawrence Kay and sons, John and Paul, went to Salt Lake Tuesday of last week for dental care for John and a medical checkup for Mrs. Kay. Edith Goodrich of Bountiful visited Edna Call over the weekend. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Stephens and family of Orem spent the weekend with their parents, Harold and Marie Merrell. Jim and DeAnne Howarth and family visited their parents, Asael and Ellen Haws, Saturday and Sunday en route to their now home in Gresham, Oregon. Edris Karren received word that Mrs. Lee Karren had a car wreck and her daughter Melinda had suffered severe head lacerations. Craig and Darlyn Ivie and children went to Provo and Salt Lake for the weekend. Craig Martin was in Salt Lake last week to a Service training school. Friday his wife flew to Salt Lake returning with him Saturday evening. Kevin Martin went to Price Friday to the College of Easter Utah's Homecoming game. He returned Saturday. Naples 1st Ward had a salad supper at the Naples Cultural Hall Friday evening. They enjoyed games after the supper. Garth and Rae Rasmussen left Friday to spend the weekend in Tremonton visiting Brent and Susan Merrell and family and Mrs. Rasmussen's mother and family. Amy Pringle of Salt Lake visited at the Dennis Atkinson home over the weekend. Mr. Pringle is Mrs. Atkinson's Atkin-son's mother. |
