Show Young Couple Wed; In Double Ring Wedding Ceremony An impressive double ring ceremony united in marriage Miss LaJean Neilsen, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Neilsen, and LaMar "Sandy" Richman, son of Mr. and Mrs. Elmer J. Richman. The marriage was performed at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Jewell D. Kolb in Roosevelt Friday, August 3, at 6:45 p. m., with Bishop E. J. Nixon of the Roosevelt .Second LDS ward officiating. The bride was given away by her uncle, Mr. Kolb. For her wedding the bride chose a navy blue afternoon ensemble en-semble of nylon marquisette over taffeta and wore a corsage of gardenias. Her sister, Janiece Neilsen, attended her as maid of honor, and Ed Davis performed best man duties. Both mothers wore afternoon dresses, accented with gardenia corsages. Following the ceremony the newlyweds were honored at a wedding dinner served at a table centered wnn a oeautuui four-tier wedding cake topped with the traditional miniature bride and groom. The newlyweds are making their home in Roosevelt, where Mr. Richman is employed by Yack Brothers. Prior to her early August wedding, the bride-elect was honored at a trousseau tea at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Hall, with Janiece Neilson and Joyce Hall as hostesses. Fifteen guests were present at the tea, which was staged on the lawn, where the gift-laden table was beautified by cut garden flowers. |
