Show Gwynn Elolgate And Jack Burgess Engaged Mr. and Mrs. Frank Holgate, of Myitoh. announce the engagement engage-ment of their daughter, Gwynn, to Jack Burgess, son of Mr' and Mrs. J. A. Burgess of Rotosevelt. Miss Holgate is a senior student stu-dent at Union High School, where she has been active in the FHA and Pep Clubs. Her fiance graduated with the class of '52 from Union High School, taking an active part in school affairs. He attended Snow College Col-lege for one year and is now serving with the U. S. Navy as a radioman .aboard the USS Bexar. Wedding plains are indefinite. CONNIE HANSON SURPRISED MONDAY Connie Hanson was completely com-pletely surprised last Monday evening when twenty - three friends were invited by Connie's Con-nie's mother to participate in a surprise party, honoring her twelfth birthday. Games were played and tasty party refreshments served, including in-cluding the birthday cake, ' topped top-ped with twelve pdnk candles. SLUMBER PARTY HELD FRIDAY Friday night a few of Billy Jones' Primary class met at his home for a slumber party.
