The club meets Thursday ewniiigs The members were entertained last week by Miss Vio'et Lundgren at the home of Ras Anderson. Sewing and refreshments were the evenings program. About forty five guests were present and a delightful evening snen in games and cards, Dainty refreshments were ser,Ted. Tiessa Larson enterta;ned the 0 N. 0. clud at. her home Thursday evening of last week. A dainty Easter style luncheon was served : Mrs. Hyrum Sorenson of Ephraim ; and Mrs. Harold Sorensen were spe-: cial guests. 1 j Ida Merz and Tressa Larson went I to Ephraim Saturday to attend an Easter Social that evening at the home of Mr and Mrs. David Poulsen The affair was a very elaborate one! Easter decorations were present in profusion white and purple egg shells were the chief decorations. Five hundred was the card game enjoyed by all. A most elaborate luncheon was served to about fnty guests. The Dancing party given Friday evening y the Seniors of tne High School at the Opera House was a very pleasant and successful affair both socially and financially. The hall was decorated very nicely with the class colors purple and white which was also very approriate for Easter decorations. The lesson "India" from Stoddards Lectures was given ; by Mrs. George Madsen. A paper on the Religious rites of the Hindoos w as read by Mrs. J. A. Armstrong, .An informal discussion coneenrg the le.-sou followed. Delicious re-frshmen's re-frshmen's were served. The club meets next with Mrs. J. R. Eai le. |
