Mr. and Mrs. Kwin Walker Whittaker-Walker ESCALANTE Heidi Whittaker and Kwin Walker were married Saturday, Sept. 21 in the St. George LDS Temple. They were honored at a reception that evening in the Washington LDS 7th Ward and were also honored at an open house held Sept. 27 in Pleasant Grove at the home of the parents of the bridegroom. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dee Whittaker of Washington. She graduated from Pineview High School and attended Dixie College in St. George. The bridegroom is a Pleasant Grove High School graduted and has also attended Dixie College. He is employed with Gibbons and Reed Construction Company of Salt Lake City and served a mission for the LDS church in Lima, Peru. The bride is a granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edson Alvey of Escalante. The couple will live in Pleasant Grove.
