Under the agreement tha soviet government pledges Itself to purchase pur-chase a minimum of f 40,000.000 worth of American products during tha coming 11 months. In return the United States extends to Soviet Russia all the tariff concessions i and trade favors granted to other I nations under the various reciprocal I trade agreements now in effect ar to ba negotiated.
