OCR Text	Show Comic Not Funny, Wife's Suit Claims HOLLYWOOD, Aug. (iW Rotund Ro-tund Eric Blore today Joined the list of film funny men whose wives thought thslr conduct in real life was anything but comical. Mrs. Clara Makin Blore has filed suit for separate maintenance of $S00 monthly, charging Blore returned home in the early morning hours, turned on the radio full blast and swors at her when shs protested. She also charged he drank excessively exces-sively and has become "a mental and nervous wreck." Half hia earnings of 1690 a week was asked pending the trial. The Blores were married In New York June 12, 1928, and have a son, Eric Herbert Jr., 10.
