Show 7-MILL LEVY ASKED BY JORDAN SCHOOLS Jordan school district asked a 7 mill levy, the same as for last year, in a schedule filed with the Salt Lake county commission Friday. Fri-day. Needs are estimated as: Supplies and maintenance, $488,419; purchase pur-chase of school sites and erection of buildings, $102,956; debt services, $1000. Anticipated revenues are listed as, from the $25 state per capita school fund, $149,475; from the state high school fund, $3000; from miscellaneous aources, $6000. The difference leaves $491,900 to be raised, which Is expected to be made up by the 7-mJU levy. |
