Show Price Justice Dies At S. L. Hospital Harry C Smith, TS, prominent Price citizen, died Thursday afternoon after-noon in a Salt Lake City hospital following an operation. Mr. Smith had been a city Justice Jus-tice of the peace since January, 1936, and waa formerly Carbon county clerk for 16 years. Born In Gainesville, Ga., January 31, 1864, Mr. Smith was a railroad employe for 30 years before coming com-ing to Utah. His first position here was as chief clerk for the Utah Fuel company at Castlegate. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Lillie Smith. Price; three sons, Arthur Ar-thur N.
