Show Canterbury Fair In the Making At St. Francis St. Clare's Guild of St. Francis Kpiscopal Church has laid the groundwork for the annual bazaar, Canterbury Canter-bury Fair. At the September meeting of the Guild, tli-i date was set Nov. 15 and 1C. President Mrs. Jim Anderson Ander-son presided at this first fall meeting and led the devo-, tionals. Mrs. Charles Erectile!, Erecti-le!, secretary, read the min-' utes and gave the financial report. Plans were made for the Coffee Hour to follow the Sunday morning Eucharist celebrated by Bishop Richard Watson. The brief meeting was followed by a work party, par-ty, several of which will he held prior to the Canterbury Fair. The next meeting of .St. Clare's c;uild will be Tuesday Tues-day evening, Oct. 22, at 8 p.m. at St. Francis Church. The program will feature Mrs. Lester Taylor who will present a book review. It i? hoped that all women of St. Francis will attend and bring guests. |
