Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS Office of State Engineer Salt Lake City, Utah, April 22, 1910. Daniel H. Heaton, St. George, Utah, has filed Application No. 13302 to apprepriate 5 sec. ft. of water from Virgin river in Washington Wash-ington county; said water will be pumped during the entire year from a sump to be constructed adjacent to the river channel at a point N. 550 ft. and E. 850 ft. from the SW Cor. of Sec. 12. T. 43 S., R. 16 W., SLB&M and used as a supplemental supply to irrigate ir-rigate 280 acres of land embraced em-braced in SEH Sec. 11. SW-SWU SW-SWU Sec. 12. WNWU, WV4-SW'i WV4-SW'i Sec. 13 and NEHNWU Sec. 14. T. 43 S., R. 16 W., SLB&M. Protests resisting the granting of said Application, with reasons therefor, made in affidavit form, must be filed with T. H. Humpherys. State Engineer. 403 State Capitol. Salt Lake City.
