Show Quarantine Regulations For Rabies Issued By County Commissioners The State Board of Health has found that rabies exists in Washington Wash-ington county; and because of the dangerous nature of the disease, a quarantine is hereby declared upon all dogs in Washington county. All owners of dogs are hereby ordered to either muzzle said dogs so as effectually to prevent biting, or strictly confine said dogs upon the premises of the owners, under restraint by leash, closed cage, or padlock, and to keep said dogs so muzzled or confined con-fined until they have been inoculated inocu-lated and for 15 days thereafter. Any dog found running at large in Washington County after issuance is-suance of this order, or any dog known to have been removed from or to have escaped from Washington County which is not muzzled so as effectually to prevent pre-vent biting, may be killed by any person without liability therefor, for a period of 15 days from the time said dog is inoculated, or at any time prior to the time said dog is inoculated.
