Show Parowan Schools PTA Sponsors New Inoculation Clinic The Parent-Teacher organization organiza-tion of the Parowan schools are sponsoring a tetanus (lockjaw) and diptheria immunization clinic clin-ic on Friday. Mar. 22 at 9 a. m. in the Parowan Elementary school. A second clinic will be held on April 10 and a third on May 17 In order that the series may be completed for those who need the three inoculations. Diptheria and tetanus toxoid combined will be available for children under 12 years of age and requires three inoculations given one month apart to betel-lowed betel-lowed by a booster injection in one year. Tetanus toxoid will be available avail-able for all students and townspeople, towns-people, and requires three Inoculations Inocu-lations one month apart to be followed In one year by a booster injection and a booster Injection tveiy three to five years thereafter. there-after. A booster Injection of tetanus te-tanus toxoid should also be given giv-en at time of Injury. |
