Show Pep Club Gives Rams Send-off The Parowan team, traveling in private cars, left for the big meet Tuesday just after noon following follow-ing a pep rally by the students. School closed that night for the regular spring vacation, including includ-ing a day gained by the students attending school last Saturday in place of Wednesday. Thus, a large number of the students were on hand for the opening game Wednesday evening. Making the trip as squad members mem-bers under the direction of Coach Dick Jones and Marvin Graff, faculty fa-culty member, were John Sim-kins, Sim-kins, Stuart Adams. Reed Thornton Thorn-ton Roger Skougard, Donald Burton, Bur-ton, Don Halterman. Duane and Robin Lamoreaux, David Adams. Jim Burt, Boyd Whitney and Dean Robinson. This is the third time Halterman Halter-man has attended the tournament tourna-ment as a member of the wind eoing for the first time in 1955. This will be the second trip for Simkins. Stuart Adams, Thornton, Skougard, and Burt with the other oth-er six making their first trip. Joe Mickelson also made the trip as manager. |
