Show SPECIAL STOCKHOLDERS' MEETING, Notice is herebv given that there will be a special meeting of the stockholders ,of the Nevada-Douglas Copper company, 'held at the office of the company, rooms ! 702-712 Newhouse building, Salt Lake 1 City, Utah, on Thursday, March 4th, i;1915, at 2 o'clock p. m. ' ' First: To receive and a' t upon a proposition prop-osition from the Moore Mining company to consolidate the Nevada-Douglas Cop-I Cop-I per company and the Moore Mining com-: com-: pany and form a consolidated company i to be known as the "Nevada-Douglas Consolidated Copper company," on the following basis, to-wif: The. Nevada-Douglas Consolidated Cop-1 Cop-1 per company will be 'incorporated under the laws of Utah for 1,000,000 shares of i the par value of $5 per share. Tt will take 'over all of the. assets of every kind and nature belonging to the Nevada-Douglas Copper company, subject to all of i's liabilities, amounting to approximately $525,000.00, and will take over all of the properly of the Moore Mining company, subject to all of its liabilities amounting to $5 , 000. 00. The Nevada-Douglas Copper company will receive in exchange for its property, one share of stock in the Nevada-Douglas ! Consolidated Copper company for each of tlie 8SS.100 shares of its stock now outstanding, out-standing, thus giving the stockholders of the Nevada-Douglas Copper company the same number of shares of stock in the Consolidated company which they now hold in the Nevada-Douglas Copper corn-pan corn-pan v. The Moore Mining company will receive re-ceive 10.000 shares of the capital stock of the Nevada-Douglas Consolidated Cop-, Cop-, per company. !
