Show I FAA Officials visit Local Facilities PAROWAN - As participants par-ticipants in the recently held Vocational Day at SUSC, Parowan High School received various honors. James L. Benson, instructor in Drafting reports that David Evans, son of Mr. and Mrs. Norman Evans, Parowan, won first place in Architectural Drafting; Paula McLean, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Briscoe, second place in Architectural Ar-chitectural Drafting; Mike Henze, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Henze, placed first in Mechanical Drafting. Willis A. Robinson, instructor in-structor in Industrial Arts reports Danny Wood, son of Mr. and Mrs. Gayle Wood, Parowan, won Sweepstakes in Jr. High medals; Thane Heninger, son of Mr. and Mrs. Don Heninger, Parowan, placed second in Jr. High medals; Mike Barkdull, son of Mr. and Mrs. Roger Burt, won first on a chess table; Todd Robinson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Bud Robinson Paragonah won first prize on a jewelry box and a second prize on a stereo cabinet; Theron Roberts, son of Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Roberts, entered numerous craft projects and placed first, second and third on the projects; He also entered two pine end tables and won a first plasce on one and a second place on the other. Brent Benson, son of Mr. and Mrs. James L. Benson, Parowan, won a second place on his chess table entry and a second on his. cannon entry. t |
