Alan Jones a warded Scholarship Alan Jones, son of Mr. and Mrs. Willard Jones of Cedai City has received the Johr A. Widstoe scholarship presented by the Sigma Gamma Chi National Fraternity. The scholrship is in tht amount of $1,000 and is to be used toward payment of his graduate school tuition. Alan has been accepted al the law school at Brigharr Young University, and wil i. He will graduate from Southern Utah State College this month with a major in accounting and political science. The scholrship recipient is the past president of the local chapter of Sigma Gamma Chi at the Cedar City Institute, which is an LDS sponsored fraternity for students attending LDS Institutes of Religion. |
