Show J'F' Williams, active Church Worker dies in the St. George LDS Temple on March 27, 1954. Mr. Williams worked as a mechanic for U.S. Steel and served in the Army for five years. He was active in the LDS Church serving in the bishopric, president of YMMIA and also Scout- master. He worked with the ' .Teachers Quorum, :.. Sunday School and served as Bishop of the Kanarra Ward for nine years. He worked for the Union Pacific railroad for two years and was the recording secretary to Local 27il U.S. Steel Worker Union for eight years. He attended BAC in Cedar City for two years. He will be greatly missed by his friends, neighbors neigh-bors and the community. Survivors include his wife Berta of Kanarraville and one son, Joseph F. Jr. of Las Vegas, Nevada; 2 brothers and 3 sisters: Emerson, J. Dwight and Mrs. Kelsey (Utahna) Taylor all of Las Vegas; Mrs. Pete (Dafna) Trainer and Mrs. James (June) Brown both of Salt Lake City. J JOSEPH WILLIAMS Joseph F. Williams, 65, of Kanarraville, died May 12, 1980 at his home of cancer. He was born December 6, 1914 in Kanarraville to Junius F. and Gaynell Amanda Davis Williams. He married his sweetheart Berta Gullich on May 16, 1947 in Munich, Germany. They were later solomnized |
