Show Livestock Shov Assn. Names New Board of Directors Board of directors for the Southern Utah Livestock Show Association was elected Monday evening at the annual meeting of the trustees of the association. A board of seven members, who in turn will elect from their ranks, officers for the 1958 show, were named at the meeting. The board includes Wallace Sjoblom, Darrell Matthews. Cliff Ewing, Hal Christensen, Edwin O. Lar son, Alex Williams and Eldon Schmutz. Schmu'z has served as president presi-dent of the show for the past two years and Ewing has served as manager of the event for the same period of time. Three of those elected at Monday's Mon-day's meeting are new to the board of directors. They are Larson, Lar-son, Christensen and Williams. They will replace Kerry Jones, Reed Leigh and Elmer Cox. Date for the elee'lon of officers offi-cers of the board has not been set, according to Schmutz, president. presi-dent. One of the most important maters ma-ters facing the organization at the present time is a proposed building program to erect a permanent per-manent headquarters for the annual an-nual event.
