We are glad to welcome wel-come back our friends, relatives , nd once members of our ward. Mr. and Mrs. Cloyd Berry of Salt Lake Ci'y visited about town with relatives last week. Mr. and Mrs. Junius Williams spent a week In Las Vegas with their children and family. Mr. and Mrs. Kelsey Taylor and Mr. and Mrs. Emerson Williams. ! Mr. and Mrs. Keith Pollock were week end visi'ors in Enterprise En-terprise with relatives. Visiting at the home of Mable Williams was her daughter, Le-ona Le-ona Dalton and family of Paro-wan; Paro-wan; a grandson. Jimmie Bry-lan Bry-lan and a friend Michael Patterson Patter-son of Las Vegas. Mr. and Mrs. Reed Fassctt visited vis-ited a few days in California. Rosella Christensen and son Marvin attended the funeral of an aunt, Cora Button at Salt Lake City Monday. Carma Williams and son Jef-frey Jef-frey and Hannah Davis visited one day last week In Summit with Mrs. Elda Fife and Dorothy. They were accompanied by Mar-va Mar-va Prince and children of New-Harmony. New-Harmony. Open house was held Feb. 4 for "Uncle" Sam L. Pollock at i his home to honor him on his 85 h birthday. The affair was arranged ar-ranged by two of his daughters, Mrs. Mildred Ballard of Hurricane Hurri-cane and Leda Ruble of California Califor-nia who were accompanied by their husbands. Many friends and relatives called during the afternoon to contgratula'e him. Mr. Pollock has 11 children, all of whom are living. Ruth Piatt spent the week end home from Salt Lake City where she has employment. Three of the Sunday School classes and teachers attended baptismal services at the S?. George Temple last Saturday. Visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Willard Williams Sunday Sun-day were Mr. and Mrs. Howard Jackson and Phebe Pymm and children of Cedar City and Mr. and Mrs. LeRoy Staplcy and family fam-ily of Toquerville. Our Boy Scouts gave a program pro-gram Sunday evening. Mr. and Mrs. Elvin Roundy ol Idaho visited at the home of Mr, and Mrs. Jess Williams. |
