Uintah Music dept. to present Spring concert An evening of live music is in store for music lovers on May 18, when the Uintah High School Music Department will present their annual spring concert at 7:30 p.m. in the auditorium. The acapella choir and the band, who recently returned from a trip to Tempe, Ariz., are presenting the concert free to the public as a way of saying thank you for your support, according to Reed Hansen, choir director. While in Arizona, the music groups performed in competition at Arizona State University. "Without the donations received from the community and the support of the parents, the trip would not have happened," Reed commented. "We are looking forward to more activities next year."
