WINKLER Vs TETON ENERGY COMPANY, INC. AND KENAI OIL & GAS INC., ACTION INVOLVING PAYMENT OF ROYALTIES, PURSUANT PUR-SUANT TO SECTION 40-6-18, UTAH CODE ANNOTATED, AN-NOTATED, 1953, FOR THE BLUEBELL AREA, UINTAH COUNTY, UTAH THE STATE OF UTAH TO ALL OPERATORS, TAKERS OF PRODUCTION, PRODUC-TION, MINERAL AND ROYALTY OWNERS, AND PARTICULARLY ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN-TERESTED IN THE BLUEBELL AREA, UINTAH UIN-TAH COUNTY, UTAH. On April 29, 1982, Mamie L. Winkler filed an application for hearing before the Board of Oil, Gas and Mining under the provisions of Section 40-6-18, U.C.A., 1953, as amended. The petitioner alleges and complains that Teton Energy Company, Inc. andor Kenai Oil & Gas Inc. have failed andor neglected to pay royalty proceeds from production from the Tenneco 21-19 well located in Section 19, Township 2 South, Range 1 East, USM, Uintah County, Utah. THEREFORE, on Thursday, May 27, 1982, at 10:00 a.m., in Room 303 of the State Capitol Building, Salt Lake City, Utah, a hearing will be held in order to determine whether or not the defendants defen-dants have failed to provide pro-vide proper accounting figures and make such payments as requested.
