Show NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE OF REAL PROPERTY By virtue of a Writ of Execution issued out of and under the seal of the District Court in and for the County of Uintah, State of Utah upon a Judgement rendered and docketed in said Court on the 16th day of March, 1982, in an action wherein Granger Construction Co. as Plaintiff and Heber Trunnell and Anna Trun-nell Trun-nell are Defendants, in favor of said Plaintiff and against the said Defendants Defen-dants for the sum of $8,131.14 principal, ac-cured ac-cured interest to February 17, 1982 in the amount of $3,049.73 and an attorney's fee in the amount of $2,000.00 plus accrued costs to time of Judgement in the amount of $34.00 which Execution was delivered to me, as Sheriff in and for said County of Uintah. I have levied upon all of the right, title and interest of the said Defendants, Heber Trunnell and Anna Trunnell in and to the following described real property, to-wit: Beginning at the West quarter corner of Section 7, Township 5 South, Range 22 East, Salt Lake Base & Meridian; thence South 243 feet; East 359 feet; North 243 feet; West 359 feet to the point of beginning. Contains 2 acres. Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned Sheriff, as aforesaid will sell the above described real property to the highest bidder for cash at public auction at the front steps of the Uintah County Coun-ty Building in the City of Vernal, in the County of Uintah, State of Utah on Wednesday the 1st day of June, 1982 at the hour of 2:00 p.m. of that date to satisfy the said execution together with the interest, attorney's fees, costs and cost of execution thereon.
