Walker, secretary of the National Wool-Growers" association, secretary of the State Board of Sheep Commissioners of Wyoming and secretary secre-tary of the Wyoming Wool-Growers association, was In Salt Lake City yesterday yes-terday on his way to Cheyenne from a meeting of the Idaho wool-growers. He declares that the Idaho sheep men are demanding 20 cents for their clips, but that the buyers are holding out, declaring declar-ing that the price is from 3 to 6 cents higher than It should be. The growers of the wool have decided to act independently and have sent F. W. Gooding East to make arrangements arrange-ments for the sale of the wool. The buyers will be given another chance to buy and then if they fail the wool will be placed aboard cars and taken East under the care of a competent wool salesman. |
