The senior se-nior students held a farewell reception to the classee and faculty of the normal school,, at . which th president of the class presented to the institution a large framed picture of the members -of , the class. . A meeting- of nearly 400 students, the alumni of thf various cla. was held for the purpose of effectlns; permanent class organisations. They were organised organ-ised aa follows: ' I The classes from 1876 to 1879, Henry J. Wallace as president,- and as secretary, Mrs. R. K. Little. v The classes from 1885 to 1889 elected as president, Joseph F. Merrill. The officers chosen for ths 18M class were president. Mrs. Ida .Bates Nelson; secretary, Clara Larson. The US94 officers were, president. Mary Van Houten; secretaire Lovlne Van Cott. The 1X87 college class elected R. L. Mc-Ohle Mc-Ohle president, and D. O. McKay secretary. secre-tary. The 1900 class chose J. Fred Anderson aa president, and Mrs. Anna Hatch as secretary. The J08 class elected Anna T. Wllcken president, and Ethel Druce secretary.
